II. Customer must purchase a bed guard at the time of mattress purchase to be valid, and mattress must be free of any stains and/or odors.
III. Customer must sleep on bed for a minimum of 30 nights after purchase before exchange.
IV. Only price points at or above $799 (Queen) are eligible.
V. Customer must reselect to a different Lady Americana product.
VI. Lady Americana has the right to terminate the offer after (2) two exchanges.
VII. Credit is good towards exchange of mattress only, no cash considerations at any time.
VIII. Customer is responsible for all transportation and delivery cost.
